Annual Meetings
• Require minimum 14 days’ written notice
• Must include an agenda
• Must include information about election procedures (if applicable)
• Must be held at a location accessible to all owners
Budget Meetings
• Require minimum 14 days’ written notice
• Must include a copy of the proposed budget
• Must provide owners an opportunity to speak before board vote
• Special requirements for reserves discussion
Assessment Meetings
• Regular assessment meetings: 14 days’ written notice
• Special assessment meetings: 14 days’ written notice
• Emergency special assessment meetings: as much notice as practicable
• Must state the purpose, estimated cost, and description of the assessment
